Description
The eDIDIO Series 10 2D 1X is an Ethernet-enabled, DIN-mount lighting controller designed for applications requiring the simultaneous management of both DALI and DM512 protocols. This 3-line configuration maintains proper signal conditioning and DALI separation across all outputs.
Core Technical Specifications
• Control Outputs: Supports two independent DALI lines and one DMX512 line.
• Capacity: Capable of controlling up to 128 DALI devices (64 per line) and 512 DMX channels.
• Ethernet Connectivity: Features a 10/100 Base T port with DHCP capabilities. It supports an open, Protocol Buffers-based API for integration with any TCP-IP capable system.
• Power Requirements: Powered by a 24VDC source (>100mA). The unit features internal protection against polarity reversal on the DC input, over-current, and transients.
• Physical Interface:
o Display: 128 x64 OLED screen provides real-time status for time, temperature, and network connectivity.
o I/O Terminals: Includes 12 digital I/O terminals10. Eight are dedicated inputs for potential-free contacts, while four can be software-configured as optically isolated outputs.
• Functional Capabilities
• Logic & Automation: Includes 32 internal lists (8,196 total steps) and 10 interrupt-driven schedules for autonomous control logic.
• Sensor & Control: Supports up to 10 DALI motion and light sensors per line for occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting.
• Advanced Features:
o Spektra Colour Engine: (optional) Sophisticated control for up to 6 colours per light (RGB/A/WW/CW) across both DALI and DMX.
o Burn-In Mode: Two independent timers are available to force new lamps to 100% output for a set duration, protecting them from premature dimming.
o Protocol Translation: Features a DMX512 to DALI translator for up to 16 channels with multi-line support.
o Optional BACnet: Can be configured at the time of order to expose DALI groups as BACnet lighting objects for Building Management System (BMS) integration.
