Description
The eDIDIO Series 10 3D 1X is an Ethernet-enabled, DIN-mount lighting controller designed for high-density applications requiring the management of three independent DALI lines and one DMX512line. This 4-pole configuration maintains proper DMX512 signal conditioning and strict DALI separation across all outputs.
Core Technical Specifications
• Control Capacity: Manages up to 192 DALI devices (64 per line) and 512 DMX channels from a single network-addressable unit.
• Ethernet Connectivity: Features a 10/100 Base T port with DHCP capabilities and multiple open TCP sockets. It utilises a Protocol Buffers-based API to facilitate rapid integration with third-party systems.
• Power & Protection: Operates on a 24VDC source (>100mA recommended). The hardware is immune to DC input polarity reversal and includes over-current and transient protection.
• Physical Interface:
o Display: A 128 x 64 (or 96) pixel OLED screen provides real-time status for time, temperature, and network connectivity.
o I/O Terminals: Equipped with 12 digital I/O ports. Eight are dedicated inputs for potential-free contacts, and four are software-configurable as optically isolated outputs.
Functional Capabilities
• Logic Engine: Supports 32 internal lists (8,196 total steps) and 10 interrupt-driven schedules for autonomous operation.
• Sensor & Control: Integrates up to 10 motion and light sensors per DALI line for occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting.
• Advanced Features:
o Spektra Engine: (optional) Sophisticated control for up to 6 colours per light (e.g., RGB/A/WW/CW) across both DALI and DMX protocols.
o Burn-In Mode: Two independent timers are available to force new lamps to 100% output for a set duration, protecting them from premature dimming.
o Protocol Translation: Features DMX512 to DALI translation for up to 16 channels, including support for multi-line translation objects.
o BMS Integration: Optional BACnet implementation allows DALI groups to be exposed as native lighting objects for Building Management System integration.
